Converts a q5m.js circuit to an OpenQASM 3.0 string (experimental).
Parameters
- circuit: Circuit
  The quantum circuit to export.
- options: Omit<OpenQASMExportOptions, "version"> = {}
  Configuration options for the export (version is ignored).
Returns string
A string containing the OpenQASM 3.0 representation of the circuit.
